Sidewalk Sunday

I really love Sidewalk Sunday.

I haven't been out and about scoring any freebies myself lately.

You all know the story, full time mom, full time wife, full time work blah blah blah.

So I haven't posted one of these in a while.

You know what's really cute though?

It's the fact that even though I've stopped looking, Grandma Treasures has not.

Here's a text I received from her;

"Furniture Alert, Corner of Such and Such small end table with free sign"

So I called Mr. Treasures and, well you all know that story too.

So here's one of my newest additions.

With cute little handles

Now I just have to figure out what I want to do with her.

I've got time though, she's last in a looooong  line of many.

I'm finishing Val's Table today. After that I plan on finally painting Hope.

You remember Hope don't you?

She's the hutch I scored off craigslist and we took a vote on the color to paint her?

Option #4 won,  still not ringing any bells??

Well here's what she looks like now...

Not a great photo so let's take another look,

Such potential.

Here's what the voters selected for her...

(source of photo unknown)

Is anyone else wondering how I'm going to be Mom, Wife, Worker, Jogger (remember Giselle) AND finish all my endless painting projects??

YA ME TOO.

Angie

I love that little end table. I can't believe you score this stuff for free and I think that HOPE is going to look amazing in an antiqued sage green, can't wait to see the finished product. I am jealous of your busy-ness! Keep up the good work!

You are such a lucky dog! I have yet to find ANYTHING on the curb! And even started to steep so low as to scour the neighborhood on trash day!

I am sure what ever you do with your new find will be breath taking like all the other.

I would have to say I would love to see it a warm butter yellow color....just a suggestion :O)

I got the cutest table at a garage sale this weekend for one dollar! I am painting it next weekend. I will be putting before and after pic's on the little house blog when I do.
I think that little table will be so cute painted!
That hutch is amazing how you transformed it!
You have a gift!
Have a pretty day!

I wish we were going to Disneyland . . . I'd drop of the family at the park and come help get all of your painting projects caught up! Wouldn't that be fun! Oh, but I'd leave the Giselle workout to you, though. I don't have those buns, will never have those buns, and don't want any part of the energy that it takes to get those buns right at this moment. Maybe tomorrow. ;)

hey you busy girl. You've got some great projects coming up! But will you have time to breathe? Sounds like work is going well. Seems like you're doing a great job managing your time.
