Well let me start off by saying HAPPY MEMORIAL DAY!!! Along with a HUGE Thank you to all the men and women who serve in the military and fight for our freedom!!
I took off the sleeves and cut the wires. Then I took screws and attached the plate back on.
Now it's an outdoor Chandy ready for a party!!
(not the candles that will be used with it but all I had on hand to show)
Next up...
The freebie table from last weeks Sidewalk Sunday.
One coat of paint and...
Isn't she cute???
Thinking I might give her a little more detail but not sure yet.
This next one is my favorite just as much as my least favorite!!!
We had a rough time with this one but the end result....
Ooooh so worth it!!!
Thanks for stopping by for the first official MAKEOVER MONDAY!!!!

Ok so i officially love Makeover Monday! I can't believe i missed this post hmmm. I love that hutch - it looks so good - are you keeping all your items or do you sell them? I wish i lived close to you - we could go treasure hunting!!!
Hi Angie, what brand of black paint did you use and what color black is it? I love love love the finish you achieved and I am getting ready to tackle my first hutch....yikes!! Any advice is welcome.
Thanks,
Patrice
Hi Patrice! The paint I used was Glidden from Home Depot. With this particular hutch I used outdoor paint. I had just painted a farm table for the same client that she was going to be using as her patio table and I wanted her to have the option to use this hutch on her large porch. Sounds crazy to some but in California there's no reason you can't use indoor furniture outside! As long as you use the right paint! ;) As for the hue you'll have to forgive me!! My studio (a.k.a. my garage) looks like a junk yard. I plan on getting it organized this weekend so if you want to stop back by next week I'll post it for you!! ;)
Wow girl, did you ever work hard with great results!
Mannn I freakin love this! just had to take a 55th look...Good Night!
