Time for Treasures Thursday!

As promised I'm back with this weeks Treasures!! Since i've already posted once today I'll try to keep this brief.  First up

This little lovey is almost perfect as is. The GIANT pots behind her are making her appear smaller than she actually is. She'd make a great end table in a tight space or next to a reading chair. With her $5 price tag you've gotta love her!

Next on the list is...

This GIANT frame cost $20 and measures 29 inches by 43 inches.

and is perfect as is!
I plan on removing the picture and hanging the frame on a wall in my home.

There was also....

The Goodwill JACKPOT!!!
This dresser has 9 drawers and look at the handles...

aren't those gorgeous!! I know!!

BIG plans for her!!

This next Treasure was from a neighborhood garage sale,

She cost me a whopping $5 and I think she'll look fabulous painted cream and then lightly distressed!

From that same garage sale I scored this to....

There's actually 2 of them but one of them needs a little work.
Can you see the photo that came with it!?!?
Here's a closer look,

That  is THE actual house the corbels came from!?! Isn't the photo beautiful???
I couldn't believe my neighbor was willing to part with these and for $7 bucks no less!?!
She told me where this home was located and that her sister lived in it for a time. The local fire department was going to use it as a burn house so they went there, took the photo and removed the corbels.
I was so mesmerized by the story and the fact she was giving these away that I couldn't even remember the State the house was in. She promised I could come back later and write it all down.
I adore this Treasure the most.

Next we have,

The $10 craigslist bueaty. Yep you read that right TEN DOLLARS!?!
The metal clawfeet on this one have to be worth more than that.

There were a few more Treasures I scored. Those were posted on my facebook fanpage a couple of days ago. Stop by and check them out if you want!!

Last up, your gonna like this one!

In honor of Earth Day....

Meet my inner hippie

I decided to rock the 70's headband trend today along with my groovy shirt!
Don't ask about the color combo- it's laundry day! ;)

Peace out!

P.S. You MUST stop by My Uncommon Slice of Suburbia not just because of the awesome giveaway but also because she has A-MAZ-ING style!! Trust me you won't want to miss it!!

You found some really fun things! I especially love the corbels! I was looking on ebay for a pair recently, but didn't find any NEARLY as cheap as you got yours! Lucky you. :)

I love all of these amazing finds. That dresser would be painted white and sold for at least 3500 at a place like Pieces. Great stuff. Loving your blog too. Fantastic! Will be following to see more of your treasures. xo Erica
