It's a healthier alternative to all of the other energy drinks on the market. It comes in a powdered single stick form that you can mix with water or any other beverage. This eliminates the need for refrigeration- you can just throw a couple sticks in your purse or better yet leave a few in the car so they are always on hand when your out "Junking". My favorite part is they are not carbonated like other energy drinks. Zizzazz has a ton of vitamins (more than vitamin water) and only has 20 calories 4 carbs and less than a gram of sugar for the entire stick!! All that plus it tastes great!!!
